Quantity		Available quantities vary depending on the Printing Process selected. Digital Printing provides shorter quantities, Offset Printing provides longer quantities.

Size		This is the finished size of the print product after trimming. For jobs which are folded, this is the size prior to folding. For jobs with multiple pages, such as catalogs, this is the page size. For Presentation Folders, this is the size of the closed folder.

Ink		All jobs are printed in Process Colors unless otherwise indicated. 4/0: color on front side, no printing on back side 4/1: color on front side, black ink on back side 4/4: color on front side, color on back side

Paper		Available paper types vary by product. In some cases there is only one choice.

Proof Type

No Proof: This selection bypasses all proofing for quickest turnaround, and requires artwork to be submitted in PDF format. Your flle will not be reviewed and will print as supplied. Please choose only if you are able to meet all graphic specifications.

Soft Proof: Review your artwork on our proofing website. Your artwork will be verified by a professional prepress operator.

Hard Proof: Color calibrated press match proof for color critical applications. Sharpdots makes regular and stringent calibrations to assure greatest possible accuracy. As with soft proofs, your artwork will be verified by a professional prepress operator. Choose Ground or Next Day Air service, which includes return shipment of proof.

Fold Type

Bi-Fold: Folds sheet size in half. For example, 8.5x11 to 8.5x8.5.

Tri-Fold: Roll folds sheet size in thirds. For example, 8.5x11 to 3.7, with one slightly smaller panel nested within the outer two.

Z-Fold: Folds sheet size in thirds. For example 8.5x11 to 3.67, with equally sized panels. The side view of this fold looks like a "Z" shape.

Postage class affect cost and delivery time. Sharpdots will provide you with the most efficient postage costs.

Please plan project timeline according to US Postal Service posted delivery times:

First Class: 3-5 days

Standard: 10-14 days

Non-Profit: 10-14 days (please contact your Account Representative if you choose this option)
